Gerry Lattmann is a seasoned Executive Producer and Producer with more than 20 years of experience in the Canadian and global film industry. As President and Senior Producer of The Dot Film Company Inc., he has developed and produced a wide range of feature films, shorts, and media projects, earning acclaim for his creative vision and precise execution.
A graduate of the Richard Ivey Business School at Western University, Gerry blends business expertise with a passion for storytelling. His feature film credits include Akilla's Escape (2016), a compelling drama directed by Charles Officer; Mike Stasko's Boys vs. Girls (2020), an award-winning comedy distributed by Mongrel Media; and The Birder (2014), released by Sony Pictures. He also produced the cult horror-comedy Vampire Zombies...From Space! (2023), celebrated for its inventive sci-fi chaos and cult following. Additionally, The Dot Film Company collaborated with Stained Tie Films to produce Plan C, the feature directorial debut of writer-director Scott Anthony Cavalheiro.
Gerry’s work has received numerous honors, including Best Canadian Feature at the Canadian International Comedy Film Festival, and recognition at major festivals such as Slamdance, Raindance, Morbido, Stockholm, Calgary, and Windsor International Film Festival.
He has also produced award-winning shorts like Tommy, winner of the A&E Filmmakers Award for Best Film, and Pria, which secured the NBC Universal Audience Choice Award and the TIFF Sprockets Audience Choice Award, screening globally. His projects have been broadcast on The Sundance Channel, Superchannel, CBC, Crave, and have enjoyed theatrical releases throughout North America.
