Debi Kalman is a first-generation American actress born in Manhattan, NY, to parents from Czechoslovakia and Hungary. She discovered her passion for acting at age 12, beginning her career as a model for the Sears Catalog. At 14, she moved to Los Angeles, where her talent continued to grow. She trained with renowned acting coaches including Stella Adler, Jeffrey Tambor, Larry Moss, Charles Conrad, Milton Katselas, Al Ruscio, David Alexander, and Jeff Corey. Throughout her extensive career, Debi has appeared in over 200 commercials, print campaigns, TV shows, and films. Her first national commercial was for Pepsi, where she played Anson Williams' girlfriend. Her most notable role was as Lucy, a series regular on Nickelodeon's "Hey Dude." One of her most memorable parts was portraying Harrison Ford’s wife in a commercial for Japan. After pausing her acting career to raise a family, Debi has returned to the industry with enthusiasm. She recently completed the SAG film "At the End of the Day," directed by Kevin O'Brien, and previously starred or co-starred in three short films: "Little Arizona," "Prodigal," and "Caretaker." Having lived in New York, Ketchum (Idaho), Los Angeles, San Diego, and Louisville (Kentucky), Debi now resides in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
