Greg Strasz is a distinguished figure in filmmaking, known for his diverse roles as a Director, Visual Effects Supervisor, and Producer. His Hollywood career took off with notable projects, including his work as a Visual Effects Craftsman on Roland Emmerich’s blockbuster 2012 (2009), where he demonstrated exceptional skill in creating stunning visual effects. He further collaborated with Emmerich on major films such as White House Down (2013), Independence Day: Resurgence (2016), and Midway (2019), establishing himself as a leading VFX expert. In 2019, he won a Silver Telly Award for Megan (2018), which also earned Best International Sci-Fi Short at the London International Short Film Festival and multiple awards globally, including from the New York Film Awards, Los Angeles Movie Awards, HollyShorts Film Festival, Pitch to Screen Film Awards, Polish Film Festival in Los Angeles, and Dresden Film Festival.
