In May 2020, Stella published her first book, "I am beautiful - lightness is not a question of weight," through Sperling & Kupfer. In this work, she shares her journey through body shaming, bullying, and ultimately achieving full self-acceptance, embracing her uniqueness. The book received widespread acclaim, heartfelt reviews, and numerous positive messages from readers who connect with her story and appreciate her contributions to the body positivity movement.
She appears alongside American actor Tomas Arana in "Soldier under the moon" and stars in the TV series "Unwanted," directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Oliver Hirschbiegel. Recently, she completed a leading role in the feature film "Dedalus," distributed by Eagle Pictures.
On March 20, 2022, Stella launched her groundbreaking initiative to challenge stereotypes and promote inclusivity: her clothing line, "Stella Pecollo Fashion Revolution." This inclusive collection eschews traditional sizing, with every dress designed by Stella and her team featuring adjectives and motivational phrases instead of conventional size labels, breaking fashion industry norms.
