Klement Tinaj is an actor, martial artist, and director renowned for his martial arts action films. Born in 1990, he spent much of his youth constantly moving, attending five different schools across the US and Europe by age 15. In 2005, he settled in Yonkers, New York. During high school, Tinaj developed a passion for acting, shifting away from his initial goal of becoming a farmer. At sixteen, he played Mr. Kirby in the production "You Can't Take It With You." Following this, he appeared in three more school productions: "Lysistrada 2008," "Room Service," and "Julius Caesar" at Lincoln High School in Yonkers.
In 2009, Tinaj enrolled at Five Towns College, where during his freshman year he performed in "Macbeth," "The Full Monty," and "Golden Parachutes." Throughout his time at Five Towns, he starred in numerous productions including "Aladdin," "Dora," "Twelve Angry Men," and "Ragtime."
Beyond school productions, Tinaj acted in plays such as "Stolen," "Extra Special," "American Dating Catastrophes Vol. 11," "The Table," and "X's & O's."
While advancing his acting career, Tinaj continued training in Tae Kwon Do and taught students at various skill levels. His martial arts expertise and passion inspired him to create the films "The Attacker" and "Last Chance," both of which he wrote, produced, and starred in.
Tinaj also wrote, directed, and produced the play "Twenty Days," which premiered at the Secret Rose Theatre in North Hollywood, CA on May 24, 2015, before moving to the McCadden Theatre in Hollywood on June 7, 2015.
He directed, produced, and choreographed fight scenes for the Arthur Miller play "Some Kind of Love Story," which debuted at Dix Hills Performing Arts Center and later played off-Broadway at New York City's Producers Club Theaters.
In 2012, Tinaj taught the Art of Combat for the New York Educational Theatre Festival, hosted and sponsored by The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. He continues to teach Art of Combat in Los Angeles.
Tinaj earned his B.F.A. in Theatre Arts in December 2012 and completed his MFA in Acting for Film in January 2015.
From modest beginnings in supporting roles, Tinaj has advanced to appearing in major films such as "Fast & Furious 7," "The Second Coming of Christ," and "The Good, the Bad, and the Dead.
