జీవిత చరిత్ర
Stan-Lee Ray Baker, a native of Chico, Texas, is a Production Design Artist and Character Actor. Growing up as the fifth child in a large, multi-racial family of Elston and Edith Baker, Stan quickly learned to use his sharp wit and natural "Southern Charm" to captivate his family while avoiding trouble. From the age of four, he knew he wanted to be the center of attention. His supportive parents nurtured his energy by enrolling him in dance, acting, and private voice lessons with prominent professionals across the United States. This training supported his pursuits through high school, college, stage productions, touring roles based in NYC, commercials, and independent films.
After a lengthy break from the arts to build a career in Psychology and Behavioral Health, specializing in HIV and SACD fields, Stan has returned to performing in film and theater.
His creativity extends behind the scenes as well. He has collaborated with award-winning directors and producers on numerous independent films, contributing to production design and set décor. In 2015, Stan earned a nomination for Best Production Design at the prestigious Hollywood 168 Film Festival.
Regarding production design, Stan says, "As designers, we are visual storytellers. If we do our job well, the design tells a story without a single word being spoken."
His imaginative vision and supportive approach have led him to direct productions such as "Respect The Pillow," "Always Patsy Cline," "Left," "Nunsense," "The Odd Couple," and "Suburb."
Whether in front of or behind the camera, Stan-Lee Ray Baker is a vibrant creative force dedicated to bringing stories to life.
