Majid Hamid is an actor, sound designer, and audio technician based in the United Arab Emirates. With a career spanning over two decades, he has worked extensively across Middle Eastern television, cinema, and theatre. His screen acting credits include television series such as Embassy 87 (2026), Wadima W Halima (Season 4), Qalb Al Adala, Zaman Al Tayyibin, Drisha (2005), Azhar Maryam (2006), Muteb Al Qalb (2007), Al Yahmoom (2015), and Elli Nhabhom (2020). Alongside his acting work, he serves as a sound technician and effects designer, managing technical audio operations for major theatrical productions, national ceremonies, and regional drama festivals. He has been an active contributor to regional theatre platforms, including Sharjah Theatre Days, the Emirates Child Theater Festival, the GCC Theatre Festival, the Fujairah International Monodrama Festival, and the Arab Theatre Festival. Majid is an award winner at the Dubai Youth Theatre Festival in the UAE (2007) and the Casablanca International Theatre Festival in Morocco (2023). He is fluent in English, Persian, Arabic, and Urdu.
