జీవిత చరిత్ర
She started her career at the age of five with her initial performances at the state children's circus "Lilliput," where she trained in dance and acrobatics. At ten, Jeanette began singing and participating in karaoke contests. After finishing school, she completed an apprenticeship as a hairdresser under Udo Walz in Berlin. In early 1999, when the "Bild" newspaper launched a large-scale hit competition, nearly 18-year-old Biedermann entered. She competed with the Marianne Rosenberg classic "He belongs to me" and outperformed all other contestants. Crowned the "hit queen," she surpassed approximately 270,000 competitors in what became Europe's largest talent competition ever. Her debut single, "That hurts terribly," was released in March 1999. A month later, she filmed her first episode of the RTL soap "Gute Zeiten, Gute Zeiten" (GZSZ), portraying the character "Marie Balzer."
Alongside her soap career, Jeanette Biedermann continued singing, releasing her second single "Go Back," which reached number eight on the German singles chart. Her debut album "Enjoy," released in November 2000, capitalized on the single's success. She also achieved considerable acclaim through her concerts and received multiple awards, including the "Silver Otto 2000" from the youth magazine "Bravo." In 2001, she earned the "Echo" award as the "most successful German singer." That year, her second album, "Delicious," was released. Biedermann embarked on her first tour in 2002 and that same year released the single "We’ve Got Tonight," a duet with Ronan Keating. In summer 2003, she served as a jury member on the Sat1 show "Star-Search."
On February 4, 2004, Jeanette Biedermann received the "Golden Camera" award in the "Pop National" category. In March, she left GZSZ to focus more on her singing career. Her video for "Run With Me" earned her another "Echo" award for "Best Video National" in April 2005. Despite her music success, she remained active as an actress, appearing at the end of 2005 in the Sat1 series "Dina - Genie in the Bottle" and the Tatort episode "Schwelbrand." She also served as a jury member for the TV show "Stars on Ice." Her album "Undress to the Beat" was released on March 20, 2009, with its title track single preceding it on February 27. From 2008, she portrayed Anna Polauke in the Sat1 telenovela "Anna and Love."
Between 2010 and 2012, she continued her role in "Anna and Love" during its third and fourth seasons. From 2011 to 2012, Biedermann worked as a designer for the fashion brand "Jeans Fritz." In 2012, she married guitarist Jörg Weißelberg. That year, she also made her theater debut in a production of "Everyman." In 2019, Biedermann participated in the sixth season of the music show "Sing meine Song - Das Tauschkonzert." Shortly afterward, her seventh studio album, "DNA," was released.
