జీవిత చరిత్ర
Zoë Yeoman began her professional acting career at 16, performing in Godspell at Kings Hall in Heidelberg, Germany. Raised by an Air Force enlisted father and a mother who retired from the Pentagon as Chief of Logistics, she grew up traveling extensively, living in or visiting much of the United States and Europe.
As a working actor and member of Actors' Equity and SAG/AFTRA, Zoë has also worked as a producer and director. Some of her favorite theater roles include Lisa Kron in Well, Ruth Steiner in Donald Margulies' Collected Stories, Dr. Vivian Bearing in Wit, and Haley Walker in Theresa Rebeck's Bad Dates. She originated the role of Margaret in James Riordon's award-winning Apollo Redux and played dual roles in the Washington, D.C. premiere of Emma's Child with Horizons' Theater. Zoë earned her Equity card with what was called "the best understudy performance in 20 years" at the Kennedy Center/Eisenhower Theatre during a run of The Magic Fire, produced in collaboration with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and directed by Libby Appel.
Zoë has appeared in numerous short and feature films, as well as television shows including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, David E. Kelley’s The Practice, Strong Medicine, The Drew Carey Show, and the ABC sitcom Rodney. Her producing and directing credits include one-act plays, short films, and theatrical productions for the Arizona Women's Theatre Company's Pandora Festival and Actors Studio 66 in Albuquerque, NM.
An athletic individual, Zoë enjoys sports, particularly baseball, and is an avid golfer who has played courses from the Bay Area to Scottsdale, Arizona, and Williamsburg, Virginia. Having learned to ski in the Austrian Alps, she has skied across the European Alps and slopes in both the Eastern and Western United States. She also rides horses and recently gave up her beautiful APHA 16.2h gelding, Zoe's Situation Comedy (aka Rolling!), to enjoy trail, mountain, and stream rides around Flagstaff, AZ. A passionate collector of antique furniture and 20th Century Modern art, Zoë has toured many major European museums and cathedrals, adding to her collection during recent trips to the UK and Europe. A gearhead at heart, she drives a 1977 Lincoln Continental Mark V and her father's first motorcycle, a 1966 Honda CB-450.
Ms. Yeoman has served on the Board of Directors for the Friars' Club of California and is a past president of both the Arizona Women's Theatre Company and Actors Studio 66. She primarily resides in the Southwest.
