జీవిత చరిత్ర
Stephanie Vogt, born and raised in Nebraska, was a full scholarship athlete studying physiology, but also showed exceptional talent in performance, quickly signing with several talent agencies across the Midwest. Her first major opportunities came in St. Louis theaters, where she received acclaim for lead roles such as the foul-mouthed Southern belle "Miami" in Sam Shepard's "Seduced," and the vulnerable, conflicted "Lisa" in Steven Dietz's "Private Eyes." After gaining education and experience in theater and television in St. Louis and Chicago, Stephanie secured her first feature film role and moved to Dallas to film a major supporting part as murder suspect "Melissa Regan" in "Pendulum." Following the film's completion, she accepted contracts from talent agencies throughout Southeast Asia, embracing the chance to live in Seoul, Bangkok, and Hong Kong. This period ignited her deep passion for travel and languages. Returning to the U.S., she relocated to Los Angeles and quickly landed roles on popular TV shows including "The District," "Strong Medicine," and "CSI: Miami." However, her recurring role as "Liz" on HBO's acclaimed series "Entourage" (2004-2010) brought her the most recognition.
In 2012, Stephanie spent much of the year in South Africa filming her recurring role as rogue American CIA agent "Christy Bryant" on the Cinemax and Sky original hit series "Strike Back." She reprised this controversial role in 2015 for the original series finale of "Strike Back," filmed in Budapest, Hungary.
Between 2015 and 2019, Stephanie stayed busy with various film and television projects. During the COVID-19 lockdowns of 2020 and 2021, she was fortunate to work in Lisbon, Portugal, starring in the Cold War spy drama "Glória" for Netflix as CIA operative Anne O'Brien Wilson.
Stephanie relocated from Los Angeles to London in 2010, where she has remained ever since, despite her love for the sun.
