Lorena David, a filmmaker from Los Angeles, is a versatile talent who has produced, directed, and edited numerous feature films, documentaries, short films, and TV shows. While still a student at UC San Diego, she co-founded a film production company, setting the stage for a leadership role in filmmaking even before arriving in Hollywood. There, she quickly partnered with Mark Roberts, and together they produced 12 feature films, with Lorena directing four of them.
When the recession slowed independent filmmaking, Lorena shifted her focus to editing reality TV and serving as Executive Producer for the car competition series "My Ride Rules" (26 episodes on SPEED) and the paranormal special "Ghostly Lovers" (Travel Channel).
Her editing career flourished, leading her to work on shows for SPIKE, E!, VH1, ABC Family, CNBC, SPEED, BRAVO, Food Network, TLC, and A&E.
As of 2020, she is developing a show about internet scambaiting featuring YouTube star Rosie Okumura. At the same time, she is editing "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and "Beverly Hills" for BRAVO TV while spending time with her bulldog, Humphrey.
