William De Vital is the director of two feature films, "The Code of Cain" and "Red Dog" (also known as "Dog Brown"), as well as the short film "Boomerang the Reckoning," which received three nominations at the Action on Film International Festival and won awards at the Texas Ultimate Shorts Festival and the Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival.
A versatile talent, William is an actor, stuntman, stunt coordinator, director, and musician. His passion for the performing arts and filmmaking has led him through a successful career spanning three countries and over 350 film productions.
In 1998, he relocated to the United States, where he has built a thriving career in acting, stunt work, stunt coordination, and directing.
Before this, in 1991, he immigrated to Israel and founded a stunt production company. Over eight years under his leadership, the team collaborated with various American, French, and British film and stunt production companies.
Prior to leaving Russia in 1991, William worked on more than 250 feature films as an actor, stuntman, stunt coordinator, and second unit director.
He studied at the Institute of Physical Education and earned a postgraduate degree in Film Directing from the Russian Federation National University of Cinematography (VGIK). During his studies, he also worked at the Lviv Theater of Youth as a theatrical stage movement instructor, stunt coordinator, and actor.
Following his military service, William held a position with the national Sports Committee of Ukraine while continuing his film career until fully dedicating himself to filmmaking in 1984.
His first full-length film stunt experience was on "The Magical Voice of Djelsamin" with Odessa Movie Studios in 1976.
From an early age, William studied fortepiano, danced with a national dance company for ten years, and achieved elite sportsmanship levels in judo and archery.
