Bruno Richaud is a French director and screenwriter who has been working in film and television since 2003. Over the years, he has developed a diverse career across fiction, documentary, entertainment, magazine formats, and advertising, building a comprehensive understanding of audiovisual storytelling from writing and directing to artistic coordination and executive production.
He has collaborated on numerous major French television productions, including Koh-Lanta, Fort Boyard, Un Dîner Presque Parfait, La Carte aux Trésors, Demain Nous Appartient (TF1), and Un Si Grand Soleil (France 3). As a director of daily drama series, he has directed multiple episodes for both Demain Nous Appartient and Un Si Grand Soleil, refining his approach to actor direction, narrative rhythm, and long-form storytelling.
His international experience includes filming projects in Africa, Latin America, and the Pacific region, contributing to a broadened artistic perspective shaped by diverse cultures and landscapes.
In 2025, he wrote, directed, and composed the original score for the short film Lignes de Vie ("Lifelines"), a poetic drama exploring grief, resilience, and hope through a mysterious encounter in a winter cemetery. On the festival circuit, the film marks a significant step toward his first feature-length project.
