Debbie Grattan, a classically trained and highly adaptable voice artist, has transformed her acting talents into a thriving career spanning over three decades as a professional female voice-over artist.
Originally from central California, Debbie grew up primarily in Irvine, where she completed both high school and college.
Holding a Drama degree from UC Irvine, she pursued stage and screen work across LA, Orange County, and San Diego. Within a few years, she earned multiple accolades for her stage performances, including awards from the Los Angeles Times, Drama-Logue, and a Southern California Theatre Woman of the Year Award.
Debbie performed at nearly every major theater venue in Southern California, culminating in leading roles at the Tony Award-winning South Coast Repertory Theatre and the Laguna Playhouse.
While building an extensive stage resume, she was also drawn to Hollywood and television, securing roles in episodic series, TV movies, commercials, infomercials, and various live and filmed corporate spokesperson roles.
She spent a decade with a comedy improvisation group, performing live interactive theater and sharpening her ability to think quickly and improvise beyond scripted material.
With a lifetime of acting experience and over 22 years behind the microphone, Debbie has voiced tens of thousands of scripts for hundreds of satisfied clients. Her professionalism, versatility, and dynamic delivery have made her a trusted female voice-over talent across a broad range of applications.
Debbie's warm, friendly voice lends itself to corporate narrations, training videos, Disney park-wide announcements, and national TV and radio commercials. She has collaborated with numerous well-known clients and brands, seamlessly shifting between conversational, humorous, and dramatic styles.
She has trained extensively with renowned voice-over experts such as Kalmenson & Kalmenson, Voicecaster, Marc Cashman, Joanie Gerber, and Carroll Day Kimbel.
