Sebastian Cluer is a Canadian Screen Award-winning Director, Producer, Developer and Creator born and raised in downtown Toronto. With a foundation in shooting, writing, editing, and acting, he is a maverick in the industry, known for his unique blend of technical proficiency and creative versatility.
Since picking up his first Super-8 camera at age 11, Sebastian has professionally worked in virtually every capacity of production, from pre to post. This ground-up journey has given him an invaluable perspective and indisputable efficiency on projects, making him an anchor in the storm of any production.
His unparalleled ability to deliver strong visuals and quality storytelling, rooted in the human experience and marinated in the essence of the inner city he grew up in, has made him highly sought after across the industry. He has a unique gift for generating spontaneous content and cleverly pivoting narrative on the fly, all while keeping his team and talent motivated and invested.
With thousands of hours of moving pictures under his belt, Sebastian continues to remain slim, with credits as broad as his skillset, including numerous genre hybrids and solid experience in Scripted Comedies, Horror, Documentary, Reality, and Branded Content. His notable projects include The Office Movers, Kenny vs. Spenny, Still Standing, My 90 Year Old Roommate, Decoys, Bollywed, History's Greatest Warriors, The Dark Side of Reality TV and The Ron James Show; Show Running and Development on series with Vice and Tricon, to name a few; and directing on paranormal shows such as My Paranormal Nightmare, Paranormal Nightshift, My Haunted Hometown and Repossessed.
