Neha Kaul is a Producer and Film Structuring and Strategy expert based in India, with a practice that spans studio, platform, and independent filmmaking ecosystems. She has worked with leading Studios including Disney Studios India, UTV Motion Pictures, and Netflix, and has led 300+ campaigns for some of the most critically acclaimed South Asian films and series over the last two and a half decades.
Her filmography includes Payal Kapadia’s Cannes Grand Prix winning All We Imagine As Light, Rohan Kanawade’s Sundance Jury Award winning Sabar Bonda, Amazon Prime Video's Stolen directed by Karan Tejpal (Venice 2023), Shadowbox directed by Saumyananda Sahi and Tanushree Das (Berlin 2025) Academy Award winner The Elephant Whisperers, the Emmy winner Delhi Crime (Season 1), Academy nominated - The White Tiger, P.K., Disney's The Jungle Book, Dangal, Rang De Basanti, Barfi! and others.
She is leading Strategy and Business Development for Rock Honey Studios, a Mumbai - New York based independent studio that develops, finances and produces Indian, auteur-driven films for global audiences, and is focused on redefining South Asian cinema today. She is Creative Producing and Structuring for her slate which spans partnerships with Richie Mehta, Tiger Baby (Zoya Akhtar & Reema Kagti), Yashasvi Juyal, Siddharth Roy Kapur and others while most recently, building Impact Campaign Strategies focused on India for acclaimed films such as, The Voice Of Hind Rijab, Marty Supreme and Hamnet.
