Adam Episcopo is a Los Angeles-based editor, producer, and cinematographer best known for his work on the youth-impact series Attitude Is Everything with Jesse LeBeau, the documentary-style program TEAM UP!, and the family-focused podcast series Parenting Teens Today.
Originally from Tampa, Florida, Adam began creating short films, parodies, and sketches at age 13, developing an early passion for storytelling through the lens. He later earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Film & Media Arts from the University of Tampa and co-founded a production company specializing in commercial, promotional, and music-video content.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Adam became a core creative partner for youth speaker and teen coach Jesse LeBeau, traveling nationwide to film school assemblies, live events, parent trainings, and teen transformation stories. His work has shaped the visual identity of The Attitude Advantage Program (TAAP), helping bring authentic, cinematic storytelling to the world of youth empowerment and mental health.
Adam has produced and edited hundreds of interviews, documentaries, and digital episodes featuring real teens, parents, educators, and influencers. His editorial style blends emotional real-world narrative with clean, energetic pacing, making him a sought-after collaborator for youth-driven and inspirational content.
When he is not producing original material for TAAP, Adam continues to create commercial and documentary projects across the country, with an emphasis on human-interest stories and real-life character journeys.
