Jesse Boone most recently humanized a drug-addicted murderer on CBS' new show "NCIS: Origins." Federal agents searched the sewers for a monster only to find a frightened boy who gave himself up in hopes of finding closure with his long-suffering mother. Jesse also played a self-loathing diabetic neo-Nazi in CBS' "NCIS: Los Angeles," a sleazy law student looking to get laid on Apple TV's "Truth Be Told" and a well-meaning, neighborly police officer in UrbanFlix TV's show "Cocaine Sisters." Jesse also starred in Investigation Discovery's "Betrayed" as a friend-zoned loser working at a pet store. In film, Jesse played a snarky German buddy to Xolo Maridueña and Jacob Bertrand in "Good Night, America," a conflicted dystopian scavenger opposite Kevin Sorbo in "The Reliant," a horny funeral crasher in "Death & Tacos," a supportive serial killer in "KPiNaEW," and a suicidal birthday boy in "Another Birthday." In 2018, Jesse won "Best Acting Duo" with Wes Newman at the Independent Short Awards for the film "Last Day" as bonding school shooters. In addition to those listed, Jesse has a robust resume of almost 200 credits.
In 2022, Jesse joined Sword Fights Inc, a stunt fighting company specializing in sword fights for film and television. This year alone, Jesse lent his sword skills to the SFI projects "Assassins: Iron Winter." He has filmed other SFI fights in broadsword, rapier, cutlass, and lightsaber. He can also drive stick, breakdance, and is a strong swimmer.
Jesse was a member of the Alan Chan Comedy Team in New York City performing short form improv in front of crowds at the Broadway Comedy Club. He was also a finalist for the iconic Blue Man Group. He plays electric, upright, and ukulele bass.
He develops documentaries, game shows, and unscripted reality shows with veteran producer Gia Galligani. Over four years, Jesse has written numerous treatments, episodes, pitch decks, ghostwritten and provided feedback on scripts, and facilitated communication with producers and talent for the production companies Think Think Go, Tread Lively, and Long Walk Studios. He specializes in developing characters and season arcs. Previously, Jesse was an assistant producer at Grow World, the largest online community of cannabis networks and educators. He wrote scripts for the Grow World CEO's facility tours and video diaries, concentrating on dialogue and relatability.
Jesse is also a rising screenwriter. He co-wrote and starred in episodes of the webseries "Fishing For Fine Wine" and "Typecast." He has written feature-length screenplays for the dramedy "Re-Imagination," horror mystery "Spearfinger Whispers," and psychological drama "Mayor Dracula." He has also written scripts for the faith-based short "Talk With Him" and the comedy pilots "Reapr" and "Corpses for Cash."
