Chiranjit is a seasoned filmmaker whose expertise lies in producing content for both film and television. He operates as a Creative Producer, lending his talents to various projects while also serving in roles such as Executive Producer and Line Producer for other ventures. With a multifaceted skill set encompassing writing, directing, producing, and casting, he tries to leave an indelible mark on the industry.
Among his notable accomplishments is the critically acclaimed web-series "Baked," produced in collaboration with Pechkas Pictures and Voot, as well as the successful project "Joint Venture," created in partnership with MensXP. Additionally, he has contributed to the production of "Dilli Dark" under Reeligion Film, further solidifying his reputation as a versatile and accomplished producer.
Prior to his foray into filmmaking, Chiranjit honed his craft as a Stage Manager and Production Manager in the performing arts sector for over six years. Working with esteemed theatre groups such as The Tadpole Repertory, Hanchu-Yuei Japan, Crow, and T for Theatre, he garnered invaluable experience and contributed to several award-winning productions, including Third Space Collective's "Dastaan-e-Bhookh," recognized for Best Production Design at Thespo'17@Prithvi in 2015.
In addition to his work in audio-visual production, Chiranjit has also excelled as a Casting Associate, lending his expertise to prominent TV commercials for brands like Pepsi, Revolt Motors, and Muthoot Fincorp, as well as feature films such as Shoojit Sircar's "October" and Rakesh Ranjan Kumar's "Paharganj."
