జీవిత చరిత్ర
Sachin Kavetham is an Indian actor who predominantly works in the Hindi film industry (Bollywood). He hails from Jaipur, Rajasthan, and comes from a military family-his father serves in the Indian Armed Forces.
Sachin's journey in entertainment began at the age of six as a dancer on the reality show Dance India Dance. Beyond his dance skills, his comic timing and spontaneous dialogues won hearts, with clips of his performances going viral on social media. Despite this early recognition, a lack of guidance about the film industry led him back to Rajasthan, where he explored regional cinema before taking a brief pause.
In 2018, after a five-year gap, Sachin returned to Mumbai under the mentor-ship and care of his uncle, a theatre artist trained by alumni of the National School of Drama. Home-schooled and guided in acting by his uncle, Sachin began auditioning relentlessly. That year, he landed his first break in Bala (2019), directed by Amar Kaushik, playing the younger version of the lead. The film's box office success brought casting directors and other professionals in the film industry to pay attention to him, which led to more acting opportunities.
The momentum continued with the Netflix film Pagglait (2021), which drew praise for its unique story-line and helped Sachin build his profile as an actor. Around the same time, he appeared in the indie film Atkan Chatkan (2020) on Zee5 and in popular television projects such as Kaatelal & Sons (2020) and the Netflix series Bombay Begums (2021). While television gave him visibility, Sachin and his caretaker realized it compromised his education and personal growth, leading them to focus on skill-building and selective choices instead of routine work. That patience paid off when Sachin landed his first international project, A Game of Two Halves (2024), released across India, the UK, and North America. He later featured in the Sony Liv series Pehla Pyaar: Less Than 1% Chance (2024), expanding his presence on digital platforms.
In 2025, he appeared in the Netflix original film Aap Jaisa Koi (2025), directed by Vivek Soni. Another of his films, Full Plate (2025), was selected to premiere at the 30th Busan International Film Festival.
