Kim (Kimberly) Quinn, an actress, writer, producer, and director, stars in the upcoming film American Dreamer alongside Peter Dinklage and Shirley MacLaine. She portrays 'Maggie,' the complex and concerned daughter of 'Astrid,' played by MacLaine. When a stranger, played by Dinklage, moves into her mother's spare room, suspicions begin to grow. American Dreamer will be released nationwide in theaters in Spring 2024.
Currently, Quinn is working behind the scenes producing The Goat for Netflix, featuring Melissa McCarthy and Kevin Hart, written and directed by Ted Melfi. She also appears in the Humanitas Award-winning film The Starling on Netflix, which she produced.
Her film credits include the Oscar-nominated Hidden Figures, where she stars opposite Kevin Costner on Disney Plus; the Golden Globe and Critics Choice-nominated Saint Vincent, opposite Bill Murray on Netflix; and the cult holiday favorite El Camino Christmas, also available on Netflix.
Quinn produces all her projects through her production company, Goldenlight Films, alongside her husband, writer/director Ted Melfi.
On television, she stars in the cult classic Terriers, opposite Donal Logue, which was named among the top 25 comedy series, and Gypsy, opposite Naomi Watts, both available on Netflix.
