Born in Milan, Italy, Lara studied drama and began her acting career in television and theatre. She relocated to London in the late 1990s, where she has since performed in over twenty theatre productions, as well as various films and TV series. Fluent in both British English and Standard Italian, Lara is also skilled in multiple accents, including Italian, Spanish, French, Middle Eastern, Greek, Iranian, Israeli, and Turkish. Additionally, she is a soprano singer who has appeared in musicals and concerts. Lara is a successful Italian voice-over artist, having voiced characters in numerous TV shows and movies such as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Full House, Shugo Chara, Little Rosey, Muppet Babies, Sailor Moon, Guiding Light, Neighborhood Story, Topo Gigio, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, and more.
