Over the years, as a Medieval enthusiast and action lover, Max committed himself to a wide range of activities, including various martial arts disciplines, traditional fencing in foil, epee, and saber, skydiving, volunteer search and rescue, rock climbing, rappelling, hang gliding, firearms training, archery, volunteer firefighting, snowboarding, horseback riding, and many more. These skills aimed to increase his chances of reentering the TV and movie industry. After securing a local talent agent in the late '80s and submitting freelance applications, Max appeared as an extra in multiple productions, including tourism and TV series for local theme parks and TV commercials. From 2005 to the present, he has been cast in several local productions, including the TV series "The In Betweeners," "Hillbillies for Hire," and other student projects. In early 2013, he landed a principal role as Ji Moon, a martial arts-trained priest, in the TV pilot "Shadowglade." Max also works as a producer, director, fight choreographer, and wardrobe designer, providing wardrobe and props for numerous local productions.
