Randolf "Randy" Turrow is a Producer's Guild of America (PGA) Line Producer and Director's Guild of America (DGA) Unit Production Manager with over three decades of experience in the entertainment industry. He specializes in innovative packaging, financing, and incentive strategies, making him highly sought after for structuring productions. Much of this expertise is applied through his company, FeaturePro, where his keen attention to both detailed and overarching production planning ensures projects finish on schedule and within budget. Mr. Turrow consistently demonstrates the ability to oversee complex productions while fostering a positive and safe environment for cast and crew.
Randy’s previous work includes producing popular music videos for MTV, numerous television shows, and films starring talents such as Adam Sandler, Michelle Pfeiffer, Billy Bob Thornton, Samantha Morton, Aaron Paul, Helen Hunt, Woody Harrelson, and Christopher Plummer. His projects have garnered critical acclaim and have been featured at film festivals including Sundance, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, South by Southwest, Seattle, Berlin, Cannes, Seoul, and Toronto.
Committed to improving the production industry, he has chaired the DGA UPM/AD Mentor Committee—earning an Honors Certificate Award for leadership in 2015—served on the DGA Western Council, where he received a special service award, and participates on the Producers Guild's Film USA Committee. In 2013, he was nominated for Best Producer at the Madrid International Film Festival.
Mr. Turrow began his career in the mailroom of International Creative Management (ICM), now Creative Artists Agency (CAA). His tenure at the visual effects/CGI company Shockwave included work on films like Titanic and Starship Troopers, where he gained technical expertise essential for managing VFX productions.
Randy resides in Malibu, California.
