Elena Weinberg is a Los Angeles-based Line Producer, 1st Assistant Director, and Production Coordinator with over ten years of experience in branded content, scripted narratives, and independent films. Recognized for her sharp logistical skills and creative insight, Elena consistently brings a calm, solution-focused approach to every set.
Elena launched her film career in Austin, Texas, where she co-founded TurtleDove Films. During this time, she produced more than a dozen short films, a web series, and the feature film A Room Full of Nothing, which premiered at the Austin Film Festival and was distributed by 1091 Pictures. This early work established her reputation for resourceful, high-quality filmmaking and strong collaboration.
After moving to Los Angeles, Elena spent four years as the lead producer for the in-house content team at goodr sunglasses. In this capacity, she oversaw hundreds of commercial and branded shoots from concept through post-production, leading cross-functional teams and optimizing production workflows for photo and video content in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Currently, Elena freelances full-time as a producer and 1st AD on both commercial and narrative projects. Her recent work includes collaborations with BET Entertainment, NBCUniversal, Wallybird Productions, Veteran Made Productions, and various emerging indie directors. Alongside her production roles, she is developing her first feature screenplay and remains active in the filmmaking community as a script reader, festival screener for SXSW and Cucalorus, and event manager for the ATX TV Festival.
