Biyografi
Elizabeth was born in Connecticut and raised in San Francisco and San Diego. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Spanish from the University of San Diego in 1989. During her studies, she spent a semester abroad at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain.
While attending college, Elizabeth's mother, Liz Bradley, founded Viviano & Bradley, a civil litigation law firm in San Diego. Elizabeth became the firm's first employee, holding various administrative roles throughout her college years. After graduating from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 1994, she remained with the firm, concentrating on human resource matters as it expanded to 24 attorneys and about 55 employees. She played an active role in marketing, collaborating closely with her mother to serve Fortune 500 clients such as Ford Motor Company, Wells Fargo Bank, and Atlantic Richfield Company.
In her second year of law school, Elizabeth secured a judicial externship with the Hon. Don Work of the California Court of Appeal, where she drafted opinions on civil and criminal cases. She concentrated her electives on international law and trade and became the first American law student to intern at Baker & McKenzie's Tijuana office, working with the managing partner on issues related to foreign corporations operating in Mexico.
In 1997, seeking broader experience beyond the family firm, Elizabeth moved to Los Angeles. There, she continued her legal career focusing on entertainment and real estate law, and provided freelance business litigation services to solo practitioners and small firms.
From 2000 to April 2005, Elizabeth worked at the Law Offices of Alan S. Gutman in Beverly Hills, representing individuals and businesses in complex business and entertainment litigation, including cases involving trade secret misappropriation, unfair business practices, contract disputes, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and copyright infringement. She managed all litigation phases, handled complex law and motion matters firm-wide, and managed appeals before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
While in Los Angeles, Elizabeth pursued acting, landing small roles in film, television, and theater. After securing her first leading film role opposite Latin star Osvaldo Laport, she was selected from thousands of attorneys nationwide to compete on David E. Kelley's NBC show The Law Firm (2005).
Inspired by Kelley, a former attorney turned television writer, Elizabeth began to pursue her passion for writing professionally. She recently produced two shorts for Alex Lane (IV), Within (2012) and Dishonestly Yours (2014), and co-produced the horror feature Last Girl (2013) for James Mercurio.
