Biyografi
Born in Paris, Flavio was raised between France and Italy, becoming fluent in both languages.
From 1993 to 1999, he studied in France at the International Boarding School of Valbonne (C.I.V), where he earned an International Baccalaureate and mastered English.
In 2002, he graduated from Genoa's National Theatre Academy and began working with the theatre company as an actor and later as a director. His theatrical debut was in Bertolt Brecht's "Mother Courage," where he also served as assistant director. Between then and 2005, he focused exclusively on acting and stage directing for Genoa's National Theatre while writing and directing his own plays.
In 2008, he made his on-screen debut co-starring as Tancredi in the film "Talk to Me About Love," directed by Silvio Muccino. His film career quickly took off that same year with roles in "At a Glance," directed by Sergio Rubini, and "The Losers' Blood," directed by Michele Soavi. He also co-starred in "Einstein," directed by Liliana Cavani, portraying Eduard Einstein, the schizophrenic son of Albert Einstein.
In 2009, he was a lead actor in three films featured at the 66th Venice International Film Festival: "Tris di Donne e Abiti Nuziali" by Vincenzo Terraciano, "The Red Shadows" by Citto Maselli, and "I Am Love," directed by Luca Guadagnino, which received Golden Globe and Academy Award nominations.
Over the past two years, Flavio starred in "Another World," directed by S. Muccino, and was a regular cast member in the TV series "Police District." In 2011, he played Prince Charming, the male lead, in "Cinderella," directed by C. Duguay.
Alongside acting, Flavio produces his own films, exploring various narrative techniques through digital filmmaking. In 2010, he directed "A Quantum Butterfly Dream," a visual concept portraying a stream of consciousness where memories are altered by the narrator's subjectivity. He is currently editing "By My Side," his second indie film, shot entirely at night without additional lighting.
