Timothy Beal, CEO of UTB Talent Management and Universal Talent Bookings, has a diverse background in entertainment management and talent representation. Beginning his career networking with PR specialists from the William Morris Agency and United Talent Agency, Beal swiftly transitioned into entertainment management, founding UTB Talent Management LLC. Leveraging his music industry experience, he became the manager for Fred "The Hammer" Williamson. Beal’s clientele includes theatrical and commercial talents such as Eric Roberts, Fred Williamson, and Nicholas Turturro. He has also represented recording artists like Howard Hewett, Bunny DeBarge, Khia, and Tito Jackson for films, commercials, and performance venues. Over the years, his client list has expanded to over 130 individuals.
In 2003, Beal founded Universal Talent Bookings, a management company that continues to grow. He served as associate producer for the independent film The Girl, arranging casting for clients Robert Z Dar, Lisa Neeld, Ari Lehman, Lonni Gary, and Scott Cummings. Beal has booked talent for numerous genre projects including Robert Z Dar in Little Creeps, Chamia Lane in The Jokesters, Mayf Nutter in the sci-fi/fantasy film Wizardream, John Carl Buechler in the comedy Catch of the Day, and Cary Tagawa in the feature Sky Sharks.
In 2015, Beal booked Eric Roberts for the film Las Vegas Vietnam. Starting January 2016, he worked on Blood Circus, an action/mixed martial arts film with a $1.8 million budget, securing funding and booking clients such as former WWE Diva Kristal Marshall, Chuck Zito, and MMA star Dada 5000 (Dawg Fight). The film also featured Tom Sizemore, Christy Romano, Kevin Nash, and Robert LaSardo. Filming wrapped in February 2016 with post-production recently completed.
Between September and October 2016, Beal worked and wrapped production as associate producer on the drama A Chance In The World, starring Tom Sizemore, Fred Williamson, Nicholas Turturro, and Cynda Williams. By May 2017, he completed Las Vegas Vietnam and booked Eric Roberts for Heavy Duty Lover as well as clients Ara Thorpe, Charyse Money, Susan Elizabeth Shaw, and Eric Roberts for Exodus of the Prodigal Son—both films completed production. He also booked Eric Roberts and Ara Thorpe in the action feature Rusty Tulloch. Beal’s next feature, Day For Night, where he served as casting director and executive producer, secured distribution through Lionsgate.
As an actor, Beal has appeared in comedy/action Las Vegas Vietnam opposite Nicholas Turturro; horror/comedy Killer Waves with Chris Mulkey; Recalculating as Officer Dane; Family Property 2 as Charles Bronson; and featured roles in Senior Cut Day and Blood Circus. By 2018, he acquired distribution for the superhero sci-fi series Anatomy of an Antihero and the feature Animal House of Blues 33 1/3. He also booked clients Chuck Zito and Eric Roberts for the crime thriller series Jersey and Eric Roberts for Anatomy of an Antihero.
In October 2018, Beal worked as casting associate on Shooting Heroin, booking clients Lawrence-Hilton Jacobs and Nicholas Turturro for filming in Pennsylvania. He also cast the action feature Escape From Death Block 13, featuring Nicholas Turturro, Lawrence-Hilton Jacobs, and Robert Bronzi, the world’s top Charles Bronson double.
From January to April 2019, Beal executive produced and acted in the horror feature It Wants Blood opposite Eric Roberts, Serria Tawan (Playboy Centerfold Miss November 2002), and Louann T. Fernald (Playboy Centerfold Miss June 1979). In June 2019, he booked Eric Roberts for the feature Jersey and in September 2019, Nicholas Turturro for the film Penthouse. In December 2019, he associate produced the thriller Rideshare Killer, booking Eric Roberts, Todd Senofonte, Tuesday Knight, and Rio Summers.
In March 2020, Beal executive produced the horror feature Poltergeist Diaries. In June 2020, he cast the comedy feature My Redneck Neighbor starring Eric Roberts, Bai Ling, Mariano "Big Dawg" Mendoza, Erica Manni, Todd Senofonte, Aki Aleong, Harry Mok, Eliza Roberts, and Leonard Wayne.
Shooting Heroin, released in April 2020 by Veritas Entertainment, was cast by Beal and starred Lawrence-Hilton Jacobs and Nicholas Turturro, alongside Cathy Moriarty, Sherilyn Fenn, and Brian O'Halloran. The film focuses on a small town uniting to combat the heroin epidemic.
Beal served as associate producer and casting director on A Chance In The World, featuring Lawrence-Hilton Jacobs, Nicholas Turturro, Fred "The Hammer" Williamson, Cynda Williams, and Tom Sizemore. Produced in October 2016, it was released in May 2018 to 850 AMC theaters domestically and distributed through Great North Releasing and Fathom Events.
Blood Circus, previously titled House Rules, was produced in February 2016 and released in December 2017 through Octane Entertainment. It stars Tom Sizemore, Vincent Pastore, and clients Chuck Zito, Kevin Nash, Dada 5000, and Kristal Marshall.
In March 2021, Beal associate produced and cast the sci-fi/horror documentary In Search Of Tomorrow, featuring interviews with Jesse Ventura, Bill Duke, Shane Black, Nick Castle, Steve Railsback, Vernon Wells, Ronny Cox, Alex Winter, Nancy Allen, John Ratzenberger, Peter Weller, Ernie Hudson, Robert Englund, Adrienne Barbeau, John Carpenter, Keith David, Sean Young, and Sam Jones.
In June 2021, Beal executive produced and cast the sci-fi/fantasy feature Alien Danger 2 starring Raven Van Slender and booked wrestling legends The Barbarian, The Warlord, and Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. He also associate produced and cast the documentary Snoop Dogg: The Doggfather, featuring archival footage with Denzel Washington, Tupac Shakur, Dr. Dre, and new footage with Snoop Dogg. Additionally, he executive produced and cast the thriller It Wants Blood Part 2, booking Eric Roberts and Mary Michelle.
In November 2021, Beal worked as talent coordinator on NBC Universal’s series Young Rock starring Dwayne Johnson. He has completed the screenplay for The King’s Bodyguard, which is currently in development with Beal as producer.
In July 2022, Beal served as casting associate and producer on MMA Cop I and MMA Cop II, starring client Eric Roberts, both filmed on location in London, England.
In February 2023, Beal executive produced the police drama feature Ginger. In May 2023, he executive produced the documentary The Mighty Mantaur. In August 2023, Beal produced the thriller feature film Cocaine Roach.
