Biyografi
Micky Hoogendijk was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in 1970. After graduating from the Rudolf Steiner School in 1990, she became the director of Rob Scholte Co., the company of Dutch artist Rob Scholte. She held this position for over six years and, together with her husband Rob Scholte, produced the project 'Apres nous le Deluge,' which features the largest mural wall painting of the last century and took four years to complete. In 1997, after separating from Scholte, Micky began a modeling career, working for Dutch designers such as Mart Visser Couture, Marlies Dekkers, Frans Molenaar, and Sheila de Vries.
During this time, Micky also hosted several television shows and produced one with Ivo Niehe and Endemol Productions.
In 1999, she became the creative advisor for Supperclub, a club/restaurant/lounge known for engaging all the senses. This venue became a renowned hotspot for artists and expanded to cities including Amsterdam, San Francisco, Istanbul, Singapore, London, and in 2010, Los Angeles.
In 2000, Micky starred in the prime-time TV series Good Times, Bad Times (GTBT), playing Cleo de Wolf, a complex character known as a pathological manipulator with deep emotions but no remorse.
After two successful years on GTBT, Micky left the series in 2002 to pursue further acting training in Los Angeles. There, she developed her skills as an actress, singer, and dancer, starring in seven films, including Raising Helen alongside Kate Hudson, which earned her SAG eligibility. During this period, she studied at the Eric Morris acting studio.
In 2004, Micky returned to the Netherlands to care for her seriously ill mother. She founded MHP (Micky Hoogendijk Productions), where she combined her creative talents as a director on various projects. She also continued her acting career in the Netherlands, appearing in multiple films, TV series, and stage productions.
In 2008, Micky starred in the film Blindspot, earning the Best Actress in a Feature Film award at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. The film won more than seven awards worldwide.
Micky currently resides in Los Angeles.
