Romina was born in Coral Gables, Florida. Though petite in stature, this actress, producer, writer, poet, and singer is making a significant impact across Hollywood.
Her passion for acting began at age 13 when she took her first drama class at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart. She has appeared in films including "Wild Child," "The Insomniac," "Stealing Roses," "Pretty Rosebud," "Unknowns," "You," "Joshua Tree," and "Why Am I Doing This?" Romina is a series regular on the web series "BYRDwatch" and has co-starred in TV shows such as "J.O.N.A.S.," "90210," and "Saving Grace."
An award-winning poet, she is also a published author with works like "The Freedom of My Eyes" and the children's novel "Ika Zingly & the Peaklet Cave." Having studied classical voice in Spoleto, Italy, her skilled lyric soprano voice spans opera, standards, and contemporary music.
Beyond film, Romina is active in the tech world as the creator of Xachi Pet, a robotic pet that wirelessly connects with mobile devices. This product will launch through Taptic Toys, Inc., a robotics company she co-founded. Her involvement in robotics also led her to become the spokesperson for Double, a telepresence robot developed by Double Robotics.
