Well established in television, she has appeared in Magpie Murders, played Sheryl Mulberry in Jimmy McGovern’s Moving On for BBC1, and appeared as Aunt Venn in Anthony, directed by Terry McDonagh-both produced by LA Productions. On Irish television, she starred as Marvellous in RTÉ’s Taken Down, directed by David Caffrey for Spiral Pictures.
In 2010, she joined the cast of Hollyoaks as Gabby Sharpe, the head of a new family. Her film credits include The Forsaken and Happy Ever Afters. She is perhaps best known for portraying supermodel Liberty Baker in the final series of ITV’s Footballers’ Wives, a role that earned her the Favourite Female TV Star award at the Screen Nation Awards. Her screen career spans both sides of the Atlantic, with credits including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, NYPD Blue, Nip/Tuck, Charmed, Diagnosis Murder, The Unit, Doctors, and The Bill.
Over the past decade, she has toured her one-woman show Identity Crisis, which she both wrote and produced, playing all nine characters, the show originated at Rose Theatre Ormskirk as part of her Master’s degree. The tour included performances at Liverpool’s International Slavery Museum, The Blackie, Manchester’s Z Arts, Bristol’s Wardrobe Theatre, London’s Actors Centre and Ovalhouse, Edinburgh, and Soho Playhouse in New York City, receiving five-star reviews throughout. It was also a key part of Liverpool’s Black History Month celebrations at Hope Street Theatre and concluded at Shakespeare North.
Her next project is Cancel Culture, a play about motherhood.

She is the published author of the Jacopo Jacopo Football Star series, which follows a 10-year-old mixed-heritage boy from Liverpool pursuing his dream of playing in the Premier League. The series debuted on Amazon during lockdown. She is also an experienced columnist for the Liverpool Echo and a broadcaster, having presented and produced her own show on BBC Radio Merseyside. She has made regular appearances on The Wright Stuff. Before acting, she worked as a model in New York. She started her career in London and Paris as a fashion model, then onto New York where she worked extensively in American fashion magazines. Representing the Gap for 5 seasons. Until her desire to become an actress took her to the famed Actor's Studio where she became a lifetime member. In Los Angeles at the studio she was blessed to be instructed by Martin Landau, Mark Rydell and Barbara Bain. She started her Film and TV career in the United States.
