Clarin Award-winning actor Elias Viñoles has appeared in some of the most acclaimed Argentine films and TV series over the past decade. Born in Neuquén, Argentina, he is also a stage actor, writer, and musician.
Viñoles took his first acting class in 1998 at a young age. His debut role was in the 2004 award-winning film Familia Rodante, followed by his first TV role as "Bruno Sampardi" in the 2005 series 1/2 Falta.
In 2006, he played "José Fernández" in the TV series Sos mi vida alongside Natalia Oreiro and Facundo Arana, earning the Clarin Award for Best New Actor.
His first leading role came in 2007 as Romeo in Romeo y Julieta, a teenage adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, starring with Brenda Gandini. That year, he also led the psycho-sexual comedy Las Hermanas L with Soledad Silveyra.
In 2008, Viñoles starred in the nominated drama film Toda la gente sola with Alejandro Urdapilleta and Érica Rivas. He also led the TV series Atracción x4 with Luisana Lopilato, Camila Bordonaba, and Rodrigo Guirao Díaz, and finished the year acting alongside Martina Stella in the Italian drama series Donne assassine.
In 2012, he returned to TV with Pol-ka for the second season of Los Únicos, playing one of the series’ villains. That year, he portrayed Bernardo de Monteagudo in the historically nominated drama Historia Clínica and began rehearsing for the play Vivir Desconectados, which premiered in 2013 with Jorge Sassi.
In 2013, while still performing in Vivir Desconectados, Viñoles starred in the dramatic telefilm Historias de corazón alongside Florencia Raggi.
He started 2014 starring in the Emmy-nominated miniseries La Celebración and the Martín Fierro-nominated political drama Televisión por la justicia: Santos y pecadores. He also made a special guest appearance in the telefilm Señores Papis on Telefe.
In 2015, Viñoles was invited again by the producers of Santos y pecadores to star in the comedy miniseries Conflictos modernos. That year, he released his first musical single, Dejar de Pensar, on various digital platforms. Early in 2016, he released his second single, Tanto Tiempo.
Alongside his musical releases in 2016, he performed in the theatrical production Hombre Viajando en Taxi, directed by Ricky Pashkus at the prestigious Centro Cultural General San Martín.
