Phoebe Heffer is a British-American actress and voiceover artist. She won Best Performance in a Voice Acting Role: Supporting Youth Artist at the 46th Young Artist Academy Awards 2025, held at the Directors Guild of America in Hollywood, for voicing Lucia across eight episodes of Chris Shimojima’s eleven-part horror audio drama Safe Society.
She moved to the United States at the age of four and began performing soon after. Triple-threat training and local theater work led to an invitation-only placement in the North Carolina Theater Conservatory Pre-Professional Department.
Her early professional credits include a commercial print campaign for Adidas, principal voice roles for the Adams County Historical Society’s Gettysburg Museum in Pennsylvania, and roles in the short films For the River to Take and To My Father on My Wedding Day.
Phoebe has a natural ear for accents and learns new dialects quickly. She is drawn to emotionally complex material, particularly horror and its psychological layers, and is co-writing a horror screenplay with her father.
She continuously trains with private acting coaches in addition to advanced group classes at the LeBlanc School of Acting. She also studies voice and piano in the professional Artistry Program at Carrie Marshall Music Studio and is trained in horsemanship, American Sign Language, and French.
Away from acting, Phoebe is an accomplished visual artist working in both traditional and digital media. She also has a lifelong love of horses and enjoys spending time with her guinea pigs.
