Victoria Vieira is a Brazilian-American Director, Photographer, and Multimedia Artist. She was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and moved to Los Angeles in 2009 to pursue film and television studies, later graduating from Columbia College Hollywood with a degree in Directing for Cinema (2013). Her academic focus also included film editing, music & fine arts, art history, design, and behavioral sciences- grounding her work in technical craft, visual design, and human psychology.
In 2008, Victoria served as a U.S. Student Ambassador in Europe, furthering an early passion for art history and cultural exchange. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and French- Victoria brings a global perspective to each project. As a classically trained pianist for over ten years, she began composing music in 2010 and often incorporates her compositions into her films, weaving sound and visuals into cohesive, emotional storytelling.
Her early creative projects often explored imaginative fiction with strong fantasy elements, while her recent focus has shifted toward projects rooted in environmental themes, social causes, and historical subjects. A recurring theme in her work is in giving voice to untold stories- whether through fantasy allegories or grounded documentary narratives.
Victoria has directed 'Nossa Casa' (documentary), 'Frankensitter' (2020). She created the 'Legends of Minas Gerais' web series in 2025. She contributed as Art Director to 'Eternally Mad' (2013)- the debut film for actor Chloe Coleman; as well as for the multiple festival award winner and Academy Award qualifier- 'The Kill Floor' (2023). Victoria has also worked in the camera and editorial departments for many commercials and music videos. Her photography work of model Zoe Knight was featured on the largest Billboard in the Mid-Atlantic (Baltimore, 2024), and she photographed actors Taye Diggs & Meghan Goode for the official film poster of "Terry McMillan Presents: Forever" (2024) which made USAs Top 10 on Netflix in 2026.
With an eye trained on cinematic composition and narrative truth, Victoria is focusing on documentary work, blending visual poetry with world travel and cultural storytelling.
